Pink is not just a color for girly–
For a very long time I stayed away from any kind of pink shade because I thought it felt it was too young, girly and barbie-like. But ever since the blush trend has come into play, I’ve clearly been all for embracing it (I mean just look at my Instagram…).
When I spotted this pleated midi skirt, I was immediately drawn to it but questioned whether it’d be too out of my comfort zone. I took a chance and ordered it anyway, then toughened it up with a mesh t-shirt, choker, leather jacket and simple black strap heels. It’s now one of my favourite looks.
I added a leather jacket for an edgy accent and suddenly the look became infinitely more grown-up.
