2-Ingredient Vanilla Pink Fudge

I thought since Valentine’s day is coming up this weekend, it seemed appropriate to whip up a few treats. This is one of my favourites because a) it’s ridiculously easy so I won’t be able to mess it up, and b) it’s pink.

If you want to go all out you could add little heart sprinkles and use heart cookie cutters. Cute, right?

There are a couple variations to this. I used vanilla frosting because I prefer the taste over the strawberry, then added some pink food dye. However, you can use strawberry frosting and then omit the food dye. I’ve left both versions below so you can take your pick!

Vanilla Pink Fudge

Version 1:

1 can (340 g) vanilla frosting
340 g white chocolate / chips / melts
drop of pink food colouring

Version 2:

1 can (340 g) strawberry frosting
340 g white chocolate / chips / melts

1. Line 9×9 pan with parchment paper or tin foil.
2. In a small bowl, microwave candy melts on medium at 30 second intervals. Stir and repeat until smooth. Add in frosting and stir until combined.
3. Pour mixture into prepared pan and spread smooth. Add your decoration on top if desired. Optional: I added a very thin layer of frosting on top.
4. Refrigerate until completely set. In this size pan, the fudge pieces are about ⅝” thick. If you want thicker, make a double batch.
5. Store in the fridge up to 10 days.
