During the colder season, I always like to make an effort to take extra good care of my skin. In saying that, I’ve recently stumbled upon these all-natural products that have quickly made their way into my permanent beauty collection this month.
Red Earth Facial Tanning Serum – This lightweight tanning serum is has become a well loved product in my life. It’s made with all natural ingredients including argan oil and organic fig which give it a luxurious silky consistency. I reapply it every few days for a subtle bronzed glow that makes me feel more confident on minimal or no makeup days.
Burts Bees Lip Crayon in Carolina Crust – This lip crayon is a moisturising and vivid, opaque pink with a cool semi-matte finish. It’s creamy and extremely easy to apply when you’re on-the-go, providing a pigmented pop of colour, making it a handbag essential.
Burts Bees Squeezable Beeswax Lip Balm – I recently wrote a post on dry lip savers and wish I had discovered this little gem before it. It’s been living at my desk, keeping my lips hydrated through Winter. It’s similar to the original cult classic, but reformulated to be much softer and smoother and I quite prefer it.
100 Pure Tinted Moisturiser in White Peach – This all natural tinted moisturiser is tinted with natural fruit and vegetable pigments, which I find pretty amazing. I have the shade white peach which has yellow undertones and matches my skin perfectly without fake tan. It’s a light to medium coverage, but buildable without looking cake-y if you’re looking to cover up blemishes. It has more of a dewy than matte finish so I probably wouldn’t recommend it if you have oily skin. It gives me that “my skin but better” feel and it’s so lightweight that sometimes I forget I’m even wearing it. I usually apply it with my hands, add some mascara, lip balm and I’m out the door in less than a few minutes.
Hair & Me Hair Rejuvenation Treatment – I’ve never been one too big on haircare, but recently my hair has felt in dire need of some serious attention. Winter, as well as neglect, has made it extremely dry and brittle. I’ve been using this treatment 1-2 times a week and it’s managed to bring life back into my hair. I’m relieved to say my hair is now in a much better condition.
