I have a strong love for all things cookie dough, so when I came across this recipe with only 6 ingredients, I was already on my way to the kitchen. These are so easy to make and taste delicious. I whipped up a small batch for some friends and they were literally gone within seconds. If you’d like to try a healthier version of the cookie dough, you can opt for this vegan cookie dough recipe and then just dip them in chocolate. Balance, right?
The original recipe has chocolate chips but I forgot to put them in. It still tastes just as delicious!
|COOKIE DOUGH CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES

- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2-3 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (for dipping)
- Sea salt (optional)
Line a baking sheet with wax paper. In a bowl mix together butter, sugar and vanilla. Then add flour and mix just until combined. Stir in the milk chocolate chips. Make one inch balls with the dough and place on the pan. Freeze for about 30 minutes.
