I like to think I’m on my way to adopting all of these, a few at a time. Here are 20 healthy habits I believe every woman should have.
1. Start each day with a positive thought.
2. Eat more green food.
3. Don’t let yesterday take up today.
4. Wash your face every morning and every night.
5. Give yourself ‘me’ time.
6. Check your bank account regularly.
7. Get some form of exercise during the day.
8. Don’t underestimate the importance of SPF, in sun or rain.
9. Never grocery shop when you’re hungry.
10. Set a time to turn off from social media.
11. Buy less, choose well.
12. Always do what you’re afraid to do.
13. Never sleep with makeup on.
14. Drink at least 2 litres of water a day.
15. Don’t wait for opportunity, create it.
16. Find something you love about yourself everyday.
17. Remember that only you are in charge of how you feel.
18. The past is a place of reference, not residence.
19. Give out too many compliments.
20. Embrace simplicity.
