A Burt’s Bees Kind Of Christmas

Considering it’s just over a month until Christmas (seriously, when did that happen?) I think it’s only right that the Christmas posts begin! YAY. Burts Bee’s have always been a brand I go back to, and I love, partly because I find them really familiar and their products are never a let down. Personally, I think their packaging is so so gorgeous. I love the fact that they’ve kept a kind of traditional, old style jars & tins sort of look. Every year they release lovely Holiday gift kits, which are all kept very affordable with prices under $30. They’re a great option for work colleagues, friends and Kris Kringle gifts because they’re an amazing value for money. They also cater to men, women & babies.

First up is this adorable Kissable Colour Warm Collection* ($14.95). It comes with a glittery ribbon on it which you can see if you click onto the link (and also makes it all the more adorable) but of course I seem to have misplaced mine.

I absolutely love the colours. They’re very warm, brown & pink tones that are just perfect for the Christmas and Winter season. They do have some shimmer in them but really not that noticeable after applying. As always with Burts Bees products, they are so moisturising, again, perfect for the colder months. They do have that traditional Burts Bees scent (if you’re not familiar with it, it’s quite minty) and leaves a bit of a tingle on the tips. I find them the perfect amount of pigmentation for a lip balm. You really can’t go wrong with them, priced at almost $5 each, they’re such a bargain!

Next up is Burt’s Bees Radiance Day Cream* ($39.95). This has actually become one of my favourite moisturisers to use. It’s light-weight and contains royal jelly, an extract that helps enhance skin’s natural radiance. It also contains bee pollen to maintain essential moisture, wild cherry bark extract to calm and soothe, and burdock and birch extracts to help minimise the appearance of fine lines. It feels so lovely and nice on the skin and I’ve been thoroughly enjoying using it in the mornings because it’s so refreshing.

The next few products you can buy separately, or in this Best Of Burt’s Bees gift kit* ($29.95) which is one of my personal favourites.

This has to be my favourite packaging from the lot. I’m in love with the glass jar & tin lid, it has such a vintage feel to it. Burt’s Bees Almond Milk Beeswax Hand Cream* ($19.95) is a product I’m honestly surprised I didn’t already own. It’s super rich made with all natural ingredients including sweet almond oil and vitamin E to moisturise dry skin, and beeswax to help seal and shield your hands from the elements. It has this really light, sweet scent that reminds me of Summer and I’m in love.

A cult classic, the Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream* ($14.95) which is what I now consider a manicure essential. This buttery cream contains Sweet Almond Oil and Cocoa Seed Butter to moisturize and soften your cuticles while Vitamin E and Sunflower Oil to nourish brittle nails. I’ve never used a cuticle cream before this one, and not quite sure how, as it make a huge difference to your nails & cuticles. It has a fresh lemon scent which is just lovely.

Burt’s Bees Coconut Food Cream* ($24.95) has definitely won me over. Majority of you would know how Coconut oil has basically taken over the skincare world. There’s just so many benefits it’s hard to even count. Basically, this Coconut Foot Cream combines coconut oil, lanolin and vegetable glycerin to revive and rejuvenate even the driest, most neglected feet. There’s also a hint of rosemary and peppermint oils to refresh tired feet. It will leave them feeling silky smoooth!

Products sent to me for consideration. Honesty as always!
